Blast Off!
When you’re pursuing the world wide web, it’s sometimes unavoidable to run into waiting for a page and all of its data to load. It’s in these moments that a designers job is crucial, most people click off of a site in three seconds if there is no response or confirmation that something is happening. An eye-catching loading animation is a great way to keep users entertained while waiting, to give feedback that the page is in fact loading, and to even emphasize brand cohesiveness.
This loading gif was created for something like a video or computer game or a really retro tech site. The changes in background color and the addition of stars and different kinds of clouds help give the user the understanding that things are progressing and it finishes out with the confirmation that loading has finished and the user would then be able to enter the game or the website.
